Here are sample menus by our head chef Nathan and his team (trained in Michelin star restaurants and awarded best chef of Bristol which is the 6th biggest city in the UK). These are indicative and can be discussed with our chefs depending on your taste and dietary requirements (we also cater for vegetarians/vegans, fish eaters, allergies, gluten-free etc). Seasonal availability may also vary as our chefs are using fresh seasonal produce.
