Our in house kitchen team can cater all types of meals and formal functions (see our sample menus here). Our head chef Nathan Muir was trained in Michelin star restaurants and Lebanese/fusion/hindu caterers. Hence our team can cook perfectly French cuisine but all Mediterranean or fusion or Indian cooking.
Our pastry chef was trained in France and in London. She is expert in baking American/English specialties (wedding cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cake pops…) and she is also mastering the French/local treats like the croquembouche (the French wedding cake), macaroons, marshmallows, cannelés, etc. You can also order fabulous sweet tables matching with your wedding colors or theme (including cake pops, macaron towers, candy bars etc.).
With regards to wines, we can make suggestions or you can bring your own alcohol. There is a large selection of affordable wines in the region. Burgundy is producing a local sparkling wine which is 1/3 the price of a good champagne for similar quality.
