Very proud to share one of our most magnificient weddings of this year for a celebrity couple who met through their shared passion for rugby ! Thus the theme they chose for their lavish nuptials was a challenging oxymoron (a figure of speech that uses seeming contradictions) : “glamour rugby” in purple, silver and white.
The bride chose Varennes because she was dreaming of a modern fairytale wedding (= she was searching for a Chateau which does not look tired and dusty !). With the help of uber-talented people (including our event stylist Fabienne and the florists of Pingsy Young team), we designed a fabulous decor made of hundreds of flower balls hanging from the ceiling onto exactly 15 (!) square tables. Stéphanie (Papiers de soi) created a fantastic custom stationery suite, Michelin star chefs prepared an amazing feast for the 160 guests and our pastry chef Muriel (Cakes in the city) created a delectable geometrical cake. Kudos to David Brenot for his always gorgeous pictures !
