We had the pleasure to welcome a team of journalists and photographers from the very glamour lifestyle magazine Grund Genug. It was primarily a German magazine but their international issue (in English) is well distributed worldwide. One of our former brides even shipped us a copy that a friend of hers found in California !

As the shooting was in low season, the sky was a bit cloudy but the pictures are overall lovely and are offering a very original outlook on the estate (the back of the main building is very rarely shown). The first picture is featuring our baby Maxence with a rabbit cuddly toy which was given to him by another bride from Switzerland. The elegant lady portrait is featuring Aymeric’s grand-mother that was painted by Boris Pastoukoff, the favorite portraitist of the last Tsar. The article is particularly well written and documented (a big up to Eva who studied carefully the family history and looked very interested by our numerous wedding related anecdotes).

You can also notice that our pastry chef Muriel Arcos brought exquisite cupcakes which were perfectly matching with the Marie-Antoinette style of the State lounge…
